Register a visitor (host PWA)

1. Open /host and enter your estate join code. Add to home screen on a phone.
2. Enter your uploaded phone. New device or after Sign out: enter the 6-digit OTP (local demo 123456).
3. Tap Visitor → name → Confirm.
4. Tap Copy code (digits only) or Share (“Here is your visitor code 618566”).

Visitors can show the code on a feature phone or on paper. No QR required.

Household phones

If your phone is on more than one plot, pick the plot first. Only the plot primary can add another phone (cap 5, or the old Urban list if that plot already had more). Dependents mint visitor codes only.

Domestic staff and stickers

When the estate turns these on: the primary registers staff on this app and pays; the office issues sticker serials. Plates are optional. After IDs or serials are ready, the office pastes a short line into the residents' WhatsApp group — Qsignet does not post there.

• VISIT — show format or guided fallback
• Share contact(s) — then send arrival time
• CANCEL <ref> — cancel a scheduled visit
• Quote-reply registration — cancel or reschedule

• HOUSEHOLD — view household (estates)
• HELP — command list

One Qsignet WhatsApp number for all organisations. If you belong to multiple sites and omit the venue, tap your org from the list.

Gate tablet

1. Pair at /pair using your gate code (Android phone).
2. Tap Admit by code, enter the visitor's code, then Grant or later Exit.
3. Export roll-call for emergency headcount.
